Short bio: Pyrogaric are a Welsh stoner rock trio from Newport, formed in 2022. With two self-released albums recorded at Red Rock Studios with Lyndon Price, this sound blends heavy riffs, driving rhythms, and haunting vocals.

Fronted by Jamey-Leigh’s powerful drumming and ‘70s-inspired presence, Pyrogaric deliver atmospheric cables of rebirth, war, and loss through a raw live show that’s aspiring. It is unique.

About the track: »Magic« opens with an epic, in-your-face verse that hits hard from the start, immediately pulling listeners into its dark intensity. This gives way to a magical chorus that feels almost ethereal – only to twist into something far more sinister and menacing as the track unfolds. Exploring themes of illusion, manipulation, and duality, the song shifts between beauty and brutality, showcasing Pyrogaric’s signature blend of energy and theatrical flair. »Magic« is both haunting and explosive – a sonic spell with a sting in its stain.

About the video: The music video for »Magic« tells a dark, enchanting story centered around amysteriousspell book discovered by Jamey-Leigh. As she reads from its pages, she casts a bewitching influence over Keelan and Jim, drawing them into her web of manipulation. Under her spell, they begin performing ritualistic movements and acts, losing control as the book’s power intensifies. Visually rich and symbolic, the video explores themes of control, temptation, and transformation, blending themesticism with theme-dancing. It accumulates in a powerful ending. The spellbook is engulfed in flames and slammed shut – signifying both release and destruction.
