Algarve, Portugal – Epic doom metal force On The Loose return with their crushing new full-length album »Path To Serenity«, set for release on November 2, 2025.
Formed in 2020, On The Loose quickly carved a name for themselves in the underground with their debut »On The Loose« (2022) and the brooding follow-up »Dark Emotions« (2023). Now, with fresh blood and sharpened vision, the band is prepared to unleash their most ambitious and devastating work yet.
The new lineup features founding members Marco Marouco (guitars, ex-Els Focs Negres, Omission) and JP Ventura (drums, Dawnrider, The Limit), alongside Toni Cagaita (bass, formerly of various punk bands) and new frontman Rick (Ravensire, Ironsword). Together, they’ve forged an epic slab of doom steeped in darkness and despair, produced and shaped by Paulão Vieira (The Limit, Ironsword, Midnight Priest).

Fans of Candlemass, Sorcerer, and Paradise Lost will find themselves at home in On The Loose’s cathedral-sized riffs, mournful melodies, and atmosphere thick with sorrow and fire.
On The Loose is:
Marco Marouco (ex-Els Focs Negres, Omission) – Guitars
JP Ventura (Dawnrider, The Limit) – Drums
Toni Cagaita (ex-punk bands) – Bass
Rick (Ravensire, Ironsword) – Vocals
