Dutch instrumental space rockers Spacejunk Mafia stream their self-titled debut album; out today on CD and digital!

Nijmegen, Netherlands based instrumental space rockers Spacejunk Mafia have just released their self-titled debut album today, December 1st, 2025.

Spacejunk Mafia is a three-piece instrumental space band from Nijmegen. The members have known each other since high school, and their roots trace back to De Onderbroek, where they often play shows organized by Brown Note Booking. They enjoy jamming together and exploring psychedelic, groovy soundscapes.

Following the release of their 2024 demo EP, which received very positive feedback, the band continued developing their first full-length album. The recordings were made in a professional studio to capture their strongest songs, including selections from the demo along with new material, with improved audio quality.

The album was recorded with David Tonnaer at NautaMix in Nijmegen, and the artwork was designed by Stella de Hoog. The result reflects the band’s signature raw, groovy, and psychedelic style, offering listeners a vivid experience of their sound.

The full-length album is available from December 1st on all streaming platforms, and physical and digital copies can be purchased via Bandcamp.
