Italian blackened post-punk ensemble Ponte Del Diavolo present »Lunga vita alla necrosi«, the latest single taken from their upcoming album »De Venom Natura«.

Standing as one of the most corrosive and psychologically charged moments on »De Venom Natura« – the single channels Ponte Del Diavolo’s blackened post-punk language into a claustrophobic descent where fascination and repulsion coexist, mirroring the album’s central idea of poison as both seduction and destruction.

Dual bass lines move in deliberate opposition, one distorted and visceral, the other fluid and melodic, creating a suffocating framework beneath sparse guitar figures and a restrained yet forceful rhythmic backbone. The recording preserves the raw tension of the band’s live presence, favoring immediacy over polish, and allowing subtle imperfections to heighten the sense of unease. Vocals drift between invocation and delirium, reinforcing the feeling of a mind circling its own fractures rather than seeking escape.

Ponte Del Diavolo emerged from the underground of Turin in 2020, born from members of Feralia, Inchiuvatu, Abjura and Askesis. Blending doom, black metal, post-punk and wave, they forged their own aesthetic – blackened post-punk.

»De Venom Natura« marks the band’s most daring incarnation yet: an alchemical meditation on the poisons of nature – seductive, transformative, and deadly. Recorded live to preserve raw tension and imperfection, the album channels the atmosphere of their stage presence: dual basses thrum beneath haunted vocals, guitars flicker like burning incense, and drums strike with primal urgency. Produced by Danilo Battocchio (Deepest Sea Studio, Turin) and mastered by Magnus Lindberg (Redmount Studios, Stockholm), the record unfolds like a fevered vision… equal parts decay and revelation.

Ponte Del Diavolo is:
Erba del Diavolo – Vocals
Khrura Abro – Bass
Kratom – Bass
Nerium – Guitar
Segale Cornuta – Drums
