Hamburg, Germany based doom punks Kavrila have released a full live performance video »Live at Die Wellenschmiede«, captured on June 21st, 2025.

About »Heretics I« EP:

Kavrila are back – uncompromising and unfiltered. »Heretics I«, the first part of a new EP trilogy, was created spontaneously and without any subsequent editing. Four tracks, recorded directly on Tascam, raw and unadorned, this direct sound gives the EP its unbridled intensity. In addition to the intro and outro, the physical version includes a bonus track from the »Mor« sessions.

The band deliberately focuses on analog directness and a raw, unadorned aesthetic. While drums and bass were recorded live, guitarist Andreas added his parts later without diluting the character of the album. »Heretics I« was mixed and mastered by Hauke Albrecht at Studio Altona in Hamburg – an uncompromising statement of genuine, unfiltered intensity.
