Viscera/// are set to release their highly anticipated new album »4. Assets For Psychedelic Warfare« on July 24, 2026 via Time To Kill Records, marking a new chapter for one of the most singular and uncompromising entities to emerge from the Italian underground scene.
Expanding on the band’s dense and visionary sonic approach, the forthcoming record promises an intense journey through dissonance, atmosphere and relentless experimental extremity.
Starting today, fans can get a first glimpse into the new material with the release of the debut single »Radiant«, now available on all digital platforms. Stream »Radiant« HERE.
The band commented: “With »Radiant« we wanted to dive even deeper into the hypnotic and gloomy side of our sound, blending heavy riffs with dark, immersive atmospheres. It’s a natural evolution of the path we started exploring with »Spirit Of ’86«, pushing those vibes further into something even more intense and psychedelic.”

Marking the band’s return with a full-length record after nine years since the previous album, »4. Assets For Psychedelic Warfare« comes as the result of a long and meticulous songwriting process, shaped by an adventurous approach that pushed the band’s sonic identity into new and unexpected territories. The album expands the group’s already well-established extreme music foundations – where the glacial heaviness of Godflesh often meets the raw urgency of black metal and grindcore – by introducing a stronger presence of psychedelic textures and dark wave influences, further emphasized through a more prominent and deliberate use of clean vocals. The result is a sound that feels at once hallucinatory, melancholic and deeply unsettling.
With »4. Assets For Psychedelic Warfare«, Viscera/// bring their psychedelic and gloomy aura to its most extreme expression to date, while remaining firmly anchored in their trademark aesthetic. The record embodies and renews the principles that have defined the band across 26 years of activity: nonconformity, rawness and melancholia.
For those in search of something genuinely fresh and forward-thinking, VISCERA/// deliver a compelling answer.
