Four players. A collective résumé that includes Pantera, The Cult, Black Oak Arkansas, and The Reverend Horton Heat. Evel Frehley is a Dallas-based rock and roll band built on the kind of credentials most bands spend a lifetime chasing – and the name itself, a wink at Evel Knievel and Ace Frehley, tells you everything about the tone: unrepentant, high-octane classic rock played by road-tested lifers.
Fronting the band is Terry Glaze – the original voice of Pantera and longtime frontman of Dallas hard rock mainstay Lord Tracy, whose 1989 UNI/MCA debut Deaf Godz of Babylon earned two MTV videos and a Billboard Mainstream Rock chart single. Glaze currently also fronts Axe Dragger.
On bass is Kinley Wolfe – the touring bassist for The Cult during their landmark 1991–1994 world tours, a decades-long member of Southern rock legends Black Oak Arkansas (and in their current lineup), and a founding member of Lord Tracy. His credits also run through The American Fuse, The Javelinas, and a longtime collaboration with country artist Jack Ingram – the kind of range that only comes from a four-decade career of showing up and delivering.

On guitar is Tommy Roberts, a fixture of the Dallas rock scene since the ’90s with credits in Novachrome and The Moon Festival. Three decades of playing – and an obsessive ear for tone – come through in every part he writes. Tommy currently also plays guitar with Nate Fowler’s Elixir.
Behind the kit is Taz Bentley, one of Dallas’ most recognizable rock and roll drummers. A founding member of the seminal Dallas punk outfit The Assassins, Bentley is best known for his work with The Reverend Horton Heat and Burden Brothers, alongside session credits with Izzy Stradlin and Duff McKagan of Guns N’ Roses.
Four careers. One band. Evel Frehley plays rock and roll the way it was meant to be played – rooted in tradition, charged with attitude, and delivered by players who’ve earned every note.
