German blackened death/doom metal band Funeral Pile has just released their first live album »Live In Munich« on June 12th, 2026.

»Live In Munich« was recorded on March 7, 2026, at the »Summoning« album release concert during the Growl Bowl Festival at Backstage, Munich. It was the first performance featuring Funeral Pile’s new live drummer, Lukas Danninger. As on the studio album »Summoning«, Winterherz from Waldgeflüster can be heard as a guest vocalist on »The Mill«.
Says the band: “Shout out to Nick Kolar and Commander for inviting us to the Growl Bowl Festival. Thanks to everybody in the audience who celebrated the release of our album »Summoning« and made this night one to remember.”
