Today marks the official release of Bantoriak’s »Vol. II«, out now on CD and digital formats, with colored vinyl to follow by late August.
A deep psychedelic journey through desert rock, heavy psych and vintage doom atmospheres, Vol. II expands the vision of Izio Orsini’s Bantoriak project into a fully immersive collective experience, featuring special guests Sergio Ch. Eleven years after the acclaimed debut »Weedooism« (2015, Argonauta Records), Italian desert cult rock psychonauts Bantoriak return with »Vol. II«, a deep and immersive journey through psychedelic doom, vintage hard rock and hypnotic desert grooves.
Originally conceived as the solo vision of Izio Orsini from Rancho Bizzarro, Bantoriak has evolved into a collective ritual of sounds, vibrations and collaborations. Rooted in a warm 70s-inspired aesthetic, »Vol. II« blends heavy psychedelic textures, hard blues atmospheres and expansive jam-driven structures, evoking the dusty landscapes of California desert rock alongside mystical Eastern influences.
The album features an outstanding lineup of special guests and longtime friends from the Italian and international underground scene, helping shape an organic and visionary listening experience.
The first single »Blu Bus« sees the participation of legendary Argentine desert rock icon Sergio Ch. (Los Natas, Soldati) on lead guitar, delivering a mesmerizing performance that perfectly captures the spirit of the record.
Additional highlights include »La Muerte« and »Ritualism«, both featuring the unmistakable presence of Dome La Muerte, adding his signature psychedelic and dark rock touch to the album’s sonic landscape.
