Chapel Hill, North Carolina based heavy psych/stoner rock trio Evil Eye stream their new two-track EP, »Under A Sabbath Moon«, which was just released on July 10th, 2026.

Formed in Chapel Hill, North Carolina in late 2023, Evil Eye is a powerhouse trio of heavy, fuzzed-out rock & roll owing to the likes of Grand Funk Railroad, Mountain, and naturally, Black Sabbath. Evil Eye consists of guitarist Jake Riggs, bassist/vocalist Ernie Renn, and drummer Rob Walsh.

Their debut album, »Wizard War I« (2025) is a love letter to heavy rock from the 1970s spanning territory from flat-out motorcycle rock to laid-back stoner grooves. Thick riffs, soaring guitar solos, spacey vocal howls and a rhythm section with a fiercely classic attitude.

Evil Eye returned to the studio in early 2026 to bring you another searing slab of psychedelic riffage so tune out, turn off, drop acid we’ll see you in the astral plane. »Under A Sabbath Moon« EP was just released July 10th, 2026.
