Italian post-black metal collective Die Sünde are set to release their highly anticipated debut full-length album, »Effemeridi«, on November 13, 2026 via Time To Kill Records.
Following two acclaimed EPs – the self-titled »Die Sünde« in 2020 and »Strega« in 2022 – Die Sünde now bring their particular vision into a full-length format, further developing a sound that has always resisted easy categorization. Black metal and post-hardcore/metal remain fundamental reference points, but the band’s approach has never been about simply combining genres. Instead, their music unfolds through contrasts, sudden shifts and carefully shaped dynamics, moving between abrasive intensity, spacious passages and moments of profound melancholy.
With »Effemeridi«, Die Sünde complete a chapter that began with their early EPs while opening a considerably broader field for their songwriting. The album finds the band embracing greater compositional depth without sacrificing the raw emotional impulse that has defined their music from the beginning. Violent outbursts, melodic fragments, clean and harsh vocals, choral elements and more atmospheric passages coexist within a cohesive framework, allowing each song to develop its own trajectory.

The single »Su una rotta d’un mare di perigli« offers a first glimpse into »Effemeridi« and immediately highlights the band’s ability to turn emotional tension into something physical and unpredictable. It is a piece that captures the restless character of Die Sünde without reducing it to a single stylistic formula.
The accompanying video, created by Elide Blind, further reinforces the atmosphere of the song, providing a visual counterpart to its turbulent and introspective nature.

The band comments: “»Su una rotta d’un mare di perigli« is the second stop of our journey and it’s the sound of a violent storm coming ready to hit us. A storm that we are not really ready to face.
The turbulent sailing under the blows of a rough sea is broken only by a rapid glimmer of light suspended in time, a hope confined to the eye of the storm that will soon suffocate under the inexorable vehemence of an announced tragedy.”
