Finnish grunge rockers Som Är Död to release their new EP »Comfort Of The Cold« on October 1st!

Seinäjoki, Finland based alternative/grunge rock band Som Är Död has announced their new EP, »Comfort Of The Cold«, scheduled for release on October 1st, 2026.

Finnish grunge rockers Som Är Död are releasing their new EP, »Comfort Of The Cold«, on October 1, 2026.

»Comfort Of The Cold« forms a dyad with the 2024 release »Warmth Of The Sun«, which represented summer, natural sunlight and organity. »Comfort Of The Cold« is a presentation of a darker and colder time; concrete, dead flowers and cold light.

»Comfort Of The Cold« is released digitally and on a limited-edition cassette.

A compilation CD containing both EPs, »Warmth Of The Sun« and »Comfort Of The Cold«, will be released on the same day.

Som Är Död will hit the road for three dates in October, opening for Haystack (Sweden), fronted by Uffe Cederlund (Entombed, Disfear, etc.). Loins (Helsinki, Finland) will join them for the whole tour, with Kuolemankello (Turku, Finland) joining the lineup for the Turku show.
