Victoria, Canada based stoner metal band Moonbather has unleashed new music video for the second single »Wharfinger« taken from their forthcoming EP, »Heavy As The Sun«, set to release on November 27th, 2026.

Moonbather is a stoner metal/desert rock band from Victoria, British Columbia.

Hailing from the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Moonbather blends the raw power of ’70s hard rock and metal with the grit of ’90s stoner metal, desert rock, and grunge.

With comparisons to John Garcia and Layne Staley, singer Jacob’s commanding vocals ride atop Greg’s Iommi/Hendrix-influenced, riff-driven guitar work, Tim’s effects-laden bass, and MJ’s thunderous drumming.

Since releasing their self-titled debut EP in 2023, Moonbather has cemented itself as a stalwart of the BC stoner/doom scene and has had the honor of sharing the stage with acts like Dopethrone, Hail The Void, and Heavy Trip.
