Italian melodic death/doom metal outfit (EchO) has released full studio performance video of their latest album »Witnesses«, recorded live on November 11th, 2023 at Monolith Studio in the band’s hometown Brescia. Also featuring guest appearances by Heike Langhans from REMINA and Alexander Högbom from October Tide.

(EchO) comments: “The full live performance of (EchO)’s 4th album »Witnesses«, recorded on November the 11th of 2023 at Monolith Studios, Brescia (IT).

We included a cover version of Canaan’s »Chrome Red Overdose«, as an homage to what we think is one of the greatest bands from our country, and definitely one that left a huge mark on us and our music journey.

We wanted to make this as authentic as possible, to give a glimpse of what it’s like to see us live, this performance, although recorded in 3 takes for video purposes, has no audio cuts or edits of any kind, audio wise we just used the best of the 3 performances, as raw as it gets, mistakes included.”

(EchO) is a doom metal band formed in 2007 in Brescia, Italy. The band from the shores of Lake Garda finds its roots in doom metal, with deep influences from post-metal, sludge and hardcore-punk. Someone says “(EchO) is a doom-core band”, and it fits.
