Celje, Slovenia based stoner/grunge/punk trio Kameniak presents their new EP, »Black Sky Summer«, which was just released on May 15th, 2024 via underground DIY label ŠOP Records.

The band comments: “We are happy to anounce the release of our new album »Black Sky Summer«. It’s available on all streaming services and our Bandcamp page.

»Black Sky Summer« was released at ŠOP Records in may 2024. Songs were emerging during 2023 floods in our country and that has somewhat influenced the writing process. Conceptually rich fuzz driven album was recorded live apart from vocals and some added instruments, as we wanted to try a new process while recording. The record is recorded and mixed by Gregor Orožim.

Originating from Celje, Slovenia, the hard-hitting trio looks for its influences in Palm Springs and Seattle, but can also uproot it’s post punk roots. The members genre backgrounds and production DIY give the band a unique, hair-raising sound.
