After their massive and over two-hour long full-length record »Wearer Of Numerous Forms« from 2023, »Rise Of The Ruan~angh« is a fresh, quick and vitalizing new EP release by Eremit.

»Rise Of The Ruan~angh« is an exploration and an expedition; a true spin-off if you will. With this EP Eremit are returning to the very scene they touched on in 2019 with their »Desert Of Ghouls« EP. While the first Eremit EP showed us bloody battles and the charming mysticism of the City of Râsh-il-nûm, now, years later, we return to the same desert just to find it drastically changed.

Just like »Desert Of Ghouls«, this 2nd EP of Eremit contains two tracks. With a sonic approach that is more cinematic than ever, Eremit create a dense story and sound that shows a continuous will to explore and challenge themselves as musicians and story tellers. With the use of kettle drums, saxophone, trumpet and chimes in addition to their well-known ‘wall of sound’ guitar tone, Eremit is well equipped to tell a fast-paced story within the realms of doom and sludge.
