With »Carved Earth«, we may have a complete idea of the band’s sonic range. Clearly doom-inspired riffs alternate with silences that allow you to fully enjoy the sound. Jorge Rabelo’s voice dominates this track, appearing ethereal in the verses and in the final climax, passing through an intermediate phase in which it recalls the symbolic aggressiveness of Gojira’s Joe Duplantier.
The new album »The Pulsing Rush« finds Isaurian once again exploring the highest peaks and lowest valleys of human nature and sonic expression. From the slow melancholy of the tracks »Godlike« and »Carved Earth« to the sensual beats and themes of »Primal Life«, ending with the optimistic post-rock spirit of »Murmurations«, the band wants you to feel real feelings. The pulsing rush of love, death, desire and longing materialized in a 40-minute doom metal, shoegaze and post-rock musical ride.

Isaurian is a doomgaze/post-rock/post-metal project from Distrito Federal, Brazil that emerged in 2017 from the desire to make heavy, intense and emotional art from musicians with more than 20 years of experience.
Since then, the band has made records with some of the most renowned producers, including Rhys Fülber (Paradise Lost, Fear Factory), Matt Bayles (Mastodon, Caspian), Kevin Ratterman (Emma Ruth Rundle, Sumac) and Chris Common (Pelican, Chelsea Wolfe), including the critically acclaimed »Chains Of Blue« (2020) and »Deep Sleep Metaphysics« (2022).
After going through a production period plagued by personal issues that included the death of a brother and a cancer diagnosis, Isaurian is ready to deliver its most mature and complex record to date while maintaining the band’s main characteristic: real, heartfelt, emotional, human music.
