An instant classic by The Elven. »Solstice« is out now!

The Elven, a project featuring members of Saturna and Earthless, releases their debut album »Solstice« on Wednesday, April 3 via Spinda Records. An instant classic made of psychedelia, prog, hard rock and heavy rock.

What started in late 2020 as an irrational need to compose music by Rod Tirado and James Vieco of Saturna soon took on a different form when they brought in their friends Isaiah Mitchell (Earthless) on lead guitar, Tabatha Puig on keyboards, and Javi Gómez on drums. In just one month, they wrote the 8 songs that make up this debut album, titled ‘Solstice’, which they recorded with all the freshness and spontaneity of the moment at Analog Drive-in Studios, with Christian A. Korn at the controls and Dani Pernas co-producing. Dani would later handle the mixing, before passing the baton to Estanis Elorza for mastering.

Tabatha Puig, James Vieco, Javi Gómez, Isaiah Mitchell and Rod Tirado.

»Solstice« is now available on major streaming platforms, as well as in a marbled yellow vinyl edition, limited to 300 units, which can be purchased at spindarecords.com.
