A four-piece experimental hard rock band from Jönköping, Sweden.

Insonika is a metal band with heavy stoner influences, where darkness and energy collide in a sound reminiscent of Mastodon, Ghost, and Neurosis. Massive riffs, driving bass lines, and dynamic drums form the backbone of their music, enriched by strings and synths to create an atmosphere that is both intense and dreamlike. Their lyrics blend personal reflections with sharp criticism of the world’s flaws, leaving a lasting impression on listeners.
