The hard rock/heavy psych foursome YEDD came to life several years ago, born from the enduring shadows among the ancient forests of Kitsap County in the Pacific Northwest.
Founded in 2022, YEDD’s music is characterized by substantial riffs, burly rhythms, and intense lyrics delivered in a formidable voice. With members from beloved regional acts such as Devilbilt and Kitsa, the YEDD lineup consists of Sharon Hoffman (vocals), Chris Apple (guitar), Jeremy Deede (bass), and Randy Fort (drums).
In 2025, they began their ascent into the light and recently shared their first single, »Straasha«, from their upcoming debut album, the self-titled »Yedd«.
YEDD completed the recording of their debut album in 2024 at APL Recording and Heavy Head Recording Co. in Port Orchard, Washington, with the incomparable Tony Reed at the helm for final mastering.

The upcoming YEDD album is scheduled for release on Saturday, May 17, 2025. To celebrate the release of the new record, the band has a Record Release show, with Name The Hurricane and Sower, set for this weekend in Bremerton, Washington.
Have a listen to the first single, »Straasha«, from YEDD! The new album will be available in digital and physical formats (including a limited vinyl pressing) through the band’s Bandcamp page.
