A statement that shouldn’t be at all…

Before we move on I’d like to make a statement. I was unable to work for more than a week and I would like to apologize to every single one who was counting on me during that time.

Many shitty things happened… The main reason for my absence was that my internet provider claimed that I hadn’t paid the bill for the last month (but received it for December), so they disconnected me.

I was fighting with their customer service the whole time, calling operators, sending receipts from my bank… and had a little nervous breakdown as well. I even took some antidepressants to calm down a little bit.

It took me 8 days to clear everything up (and unfortunately there were also Christmas holidays). I don’t know if they are incompetent, stupid or they just don’t give a shit about people like me. And the thing is that I don’t have money to afford a lawyer for something like this.

Last but not least: I hope you are aware that Doomed Nation is not a professional webzine. This is just something that I do in my free time. And I really like to do it! To help spread the word, to discover new music, meet new friends, make connections…

Now I have a lot of work to catch up with everything and I don’t know where to start. All I know at this time is that I’ll try my best.
