»From The Shadows« is an EP inspired from cold nights in the forest, isolation, despair and the haunting memories that linger in the shadows of our minds. Every song is a unique journey of emotions as the darkness envelopes in our life.

Aeonian Sorrow is a doom metal band formed in 2015 by Greek and Finnish musicians.

Heavy melancholy and epic sound are some of the things describing their music. »Forever Misery« was the very first single that came out on October 20th, 2017 while few months later on April 11th, 2018 they released their debut full-length album »Into The Eternity A Moment We Are«. This record has been described by many as one of the most cathartic and melancholic records of the year.

In April 2019 Aeonian Sorrow had a European Tour with Swallow The Sun and Oceans Of Slumber and shortly after that it was again time to start recording their next materials. An EP of 4 songs »A Life Without« released on February 7th, 2020 continuing with the same heavy and melancholic sound. In 2021 Aeonian Sorrow supported Wolfheart in Switzerland and then performed few festivals across Europe. The new single »Anemos« was released in July 2023 ahead of their latest album »Katara«, out on November 1st, 2023.
