American heavy/doom metal band Ice Howl stream new full-length concept album »The Ledger Of Timeless Watchers«

Indianapolis, Indiana based heavy/doom metal band Ice Howl has just released their fourth full-length album »The Ledger Of Timeless Watchers« this Friday, April 24th, 2026.

Ice Howl was forged in the mythical year of 2015 by the legendary Jason Roach, once the mighty drummer for the Indiana stoner doom clan, Thorr-Axe. After seeking respite and gathering his energies from a mystical slumber, Jason was called back to the enchanted realm of heavy metal. His vision began as Tundra Vibrations, a dream that later crystallized into the fabled entity known as Ice Howl.

With a troop of stalwart musicians from the heavy metal kingdom, Jason recorded and unleashed their debut tome, »Crack The Earth«. This work received acclaim from the bards, followed by spellbinding performances across the lands, until the band chose to retreat into a mystical slumber. In the shadowy times of the Covid-19 shroud, Jason resurrected Ice Howl with a surge of arcane EPs and the band’s second tome, »Cadence Of The Cursed«. In the year 2022, Jason quested across the digital ether for valiant souls to join in song, and Sean Davidson answered the call.

Together, they crafted the third epic album, »Darkness From Beyond«, which opened portals to new adventures, including a council with Mark Jackson on the Metal Forge Podcast. It was there that Jason envisioned assembling a full battalion. By 2023, the valiant warriors of Ice Howl had been assembled, and their fellowship was fortified in 2024. They made their triumphant live debut at the legendary Legions of Metal 6 and have since shared enchanted stages with renowned allies such as Unleash The Archers, Striker, Hirax, Tribunal, Sanhedrin, and Unto Others.

Fresh from conjuring their reimagined spell book, »Reborn And Reforged«, Ice Howl is on a quest for new ventures, seeking alliances for tours and record label collaborations. Armed with the vigor and zeal to forge legends, they are set to become an awe-inspiring force in the enchanted world of heavy metal. Prepare to witness their might!
