American heavy space rock and shoegaze band The Headless presents their debut single »Another Cloth«

Flint, Michigan based heavy space rock and shoegaze band The Headless has just released their debut single »Another Cloth« on July 7th, 2026. »Another Cloth« was recorded in the forests of Michigan, and it’s the first of three singles coming out this summer and fall.

The Headless is a space rock and alt metal band from Flint, Michigan. They make enormous rock songs built to fill stadiums, heavy and guitar-driven, layered and atmospheric under big vocal hooks. The sound harks back to the grunge era and early-aughts alt-metal, laced with over-the-top theatrical rock. Think Jim Steinman writing a single for Alice In Chains, or a Boston and Baroness crossover. For fans of Failure, Faith No More, Hum, and Superheaven.

The Headless mastermind Andy Lenox says:

“We’ve been playing together in different combinations for years, most recently as Diver, with various side projects along the way. We record in bedrooms and basements around the state and put a lot of work into the production, especially the tones and how the layers stack.”
