Wallow is the one man raw doom project from Ben Vanweelden who also known for his project Venomous Echoes, Ceremonic Buryment, AtmossomtA, and various other ventures in extreme metal.

Wallow is the side of the heart that is black. Humanity is the stain, and the light in this life. Battling a never ending cycle of trying to survive.

“The names and titles on this album are about those who are the lowest of the low in my opinion.” says Vanweelden.
