American stoner/sludge metal band Mouth Of Cronus has released their debut EP »Communion Of Ashes«. The release was recorded, mixed and mastered by Sterling Winfield in his home studio.

Formed in 2023, Mouth Of Cronus reunited drummer Dave Slaughter and guitarist/vocalist Clayton Davis, former members of Enormicon (active until 2012). Reconnecting in sobriety, they developed a more focused and creative process, leading to tracks like »Descent Of The Poison King«. With Sterling Winfield (Pantera) engineering their latest EP, the lineup expanded to include David Long on bass and Ed Pryor on guitar, marking a powerful new chapter in their sound.
