New band announcement: Sludge/death metal band Null Valley from the US

We’re excited to announce our partnership with the talented band Null Valley whose debut album is full of promise. They’re playing sludge/death metal with an industrial edge and even with their gargantuan sound, they keep things intense and punchy throughout. They bring a fresh approach to the style and we believe their new material, which will see the light of day on Transcending Obscurity, should be interesting to say the least. You can listen to their current material over here!

Band’s statement: “We are very excited to announce our signing with Transcending Obscurity Records! It’s an honor to be amongst such a great roster of talented artists whose work we admire and respect. We are looking forward to working exclusively with TO on our next release.

Null Valley independently released the self-titled debut in April 2022. Drums were recorded at the Legendary Steve Albini’s Electrical Audio in Chicago Illinois by Engineer Greg Norman. Mix and mastering duties were handed off to Dave Otero at Flatline Audio Denver Colorado. Artwork by Pierre-Alain D. of 3mmi Design. Please give it a listen, and we hope you enjoy!”
