Miserably Ever After emerges not as a conventional collaboration, but as a document of shared disillusionment – two individuals separated by geography yet aligned in perspective, channeling the slow erosion of meaning into sound.
Their debut full-length, »Multiple Fatalities«, is less a concept record than a sustained emotional condition. Each track marks another fracture point, another collapse layered onto the last, building a cumulative weight that offers no resolution. Themes of misanthropy, existential fatigue, and total withdrawal run throughout, presenting a world that feels equally hostile and hollow.
Drawing clear influence from Grief, the project adopts a similarly unflinching philosophy: strip away everything unnecessary and leave only what communicates discomfort, anger, and resignation. The result is deliberate in its repetition, suffocating in its pacing, and oppressive in its atmosphere.

There is no romanticism here. No catharsis. No attempt to resolve suffering – only to document it.
Constructed entirely through remote collaboration, the project pairs David Coats (Oklahoma), who built the foundation through bass, drum programming, samples, and backing vocals, with Eric Crowe (Georgia), responsible for guitars, primary vocals, and cover layouts. The process prioritized immediacy over refinement, preserving each element in its rawest and most unfiltered state.
»Multiple Fatalities« stands as a record of emotional attrition – neither a beginning nor an end, but a fixed point somewhere along the decline.
