Kansas City, Missouri based space rockers Low Forest stream their new single »Center Stone«, released on March 29th, 2024 and available now on Bandcamp.

“This is the second release by Low Forest. »Center Stone« is a single with two different versions, identical except for the lyrics. Each version addresses the same themes but from different orientations and voicings, one more poetic and one more literal.”

Low Forest is a band based in Kansas City, Missouri, centered around the heavy works of musician Josh King. The band incorporates aspects of space rock, post-rock, metal, doom, and progressive genres into a recognizable but distinct sound. King’s clean vocals, layered guitars, and mature themes (framed within science fiction metaphors) bridge the styles of Hum, Nothing, Mastodon, and Tool to create a massive yet accessible aesthetic that is equal parts space and rock.
