American stoner/doom metal band Rat King unveil a brand new single »Weathered«

Evansville, Indiana based stoner/doom metal band Rat King share a brand new single »Weathered«, released on June 20th, 2025.

Rat King mastermind Kyle Lantz Wilcher comments: “It’s a really nice feeling when you’re able to get your art sounding exactly how you envisioned it. I want to give a shout out to my bandmate and brother in metal Jason Roach (Ice Fall Recordings) for the incredible job he did mixing and mastering this new Rat King album. It’s heavy, dark, and unrelenting and I couldn’t be happier with how he got it to sound.

I’ll have plenty more to say about this thing when it does finally come out, but until then I hope you’re enjoying the new single and stay tuned for more updates in the coming days and weeks. We cannot be stopped.”
