“The third album from Swamp Ritual. Mostly written during the pandemic, heavily inspired by all things sci fi. We started to try and do a concept album but tying ourselves down started seeming less fun. We recorded at Subtower recording studio in Missoula, Montana with our buddy Keith in the beginning of 2023 after spending a couple years working on the material. I personally find this to be a fine representation of our live sound while also getting creative with the recording at times. Swamp Ritual is a two piece, drum and bass band formed in Missoula, Montana. Best described as a fuzzed out stampede of riffs, solo’s, wah pedals, over-sized floor toms and a couple of scuzzballs playing it loud since 2012.
