Promises of green grass drew legions of the most resilient to this land. Faithful people. With faith in a deity or faith in a dream… Many say “I don’t dream of labor”.

Well they did. they dreamt that the sweat from their brow would hydrate the cement in the foundations of generations to come. To come to a land where every human on earth could be free and pursue that elusive happiness.

Imaginary lines drawn on a map don’t give freedom. Our existence is freedom.

The status quo gets disrupted when those who know struggle rise to power.

Arrested and disappeared into the system. No documents? No rights. No rights? Not human.

Scapegoats arrested on the very streets they paved. In the offices they clean. In the houses where they worship. The crime? Looking like a scapegoat.

Scapegoats are for the lazy, for those who lack pride, for those who fear being held accountable for their atrocities.

Arresting mothers children, preachers, and teachers. All to feed the ego of men who wish they had true power.

Borders aren’t real. It is not illegal to exist.
