Doom-tinged trad metal band Oxblood Forge is set to release their newest burnt offering, »Cult Of Oblivion«. The EP builds on the metal path forged by the band’s previous release Decimator, and brings forth a darker and heavier sound than their previous releases.

»Cult Of Oblivion« will be out on digital, CD, and cassette formats on June 30. Stream the title track and pre-order the EP at

»Cult Of Oblivion« was engineered and mixed by James Gazerro at The Red Room in Attleboro, MA. Mastering by Brad Boatright of AudioSiege.

Hailing from the outskirts of Boston, Massachusetts, Oxblood Forge brings a penchant for roundhouse kicking the listener in the face with their own special sauce of heavy metal with a generous helping of classic rock, doom, and blues. The band aims for big hooks, destructive vocals, and heavy guitars.

Oxblood Forge recently completed a successful east coast tour with Spiral Grave and Mourn The Light, playing shows recently with Anvil, Manilla Road, and Magic Circle, and keeping the flame alive for heavy metal.

Oxblood Forge is:
Kenneth MacKay – Vocals
Robb Lioy – Lead Guitar
Greg Delleria – Bass

Steve Nelson – Rhythm Guitar
