Following the powerful debut of Chaotic Hunters Rise in 2021, Weight Shift built on the inviolable foundation formed with their sophomore release »Haled From Aether«. The trio expanded their sound while worshipping the mighty riff. New bassist Brian Harris locks in perfectly with veteran Timothy Cook on drums as if they have played together forever. Seth Hutchinson fills out the band with monstrous riffs and even more so on vocals.

Hailing from the southern Appalachian Mountains, Weight Shift is a progressive sludge band formed in 2021, featuring Seth Hutchinson on guitars and vocals, Timothy Todd Cook on drums and Brian Harris on bass.

Originally scheduled for Halloween weekend in Asheville NC, this massive show was to be Weight Shift’s album premiere. Mother nature had other plans in mind and Hurricane Helene post ponned the show and the bands album release. Rescheduled to January 18th 2025, Weight Shift will share the stage for their album premiere in Asheville with Thou, Emma Ruth Rundle, Generation of Vipers and more TBA!
