Argentinian heavy rock trio The Curse Of Sahara premiere new two-track single »Skid Raw / Hora de Dormir«

Paraná, Argentina based heavy rock trio The Curse Of Sahara premiere their new two-track single »Skid Raw / Hora de Dormir«.

Both songs are taken from the band’s upcoming album, »Sumthin’ Wrong?«, which will be released on February 27th, 2026 through Saturn Eye Records.

Tracklist:
01. Skid Raw
02. Hora de Dormir

The band comments: “Finally, after four years since our last album and almost three years since our latest single, here we are back again.

We had to change the band name for legal reasons, and also because it’s easier to find “The Curse Of Sahara” than just “Sahara”. But the name change comes with real changes: we’ve changed the sound of the band. We left behind the heavy/doom sound we had 10 or 4 years ago and moved toward a new sound, forged purely from our own musical taste more than anything else.

»Skid Raw« is a heavy rock/blues song composed by Gabriel, and »Hora de Dormir« is also composed by Gabriel. Like the album, most of the lyrics were written by Lucio, except for »Skid Raw«, which was written by Martin.

These two songs are part of our new album, »Sumthin’ Wrong?«, which will be released on February 27 under the U.S. label Saturn Eye Records, alongside eight more songs.

We want to thank our friends and family for supporting us.”

»Skid Raw« was recorded at Nuñez Manor, and »Hora de Dormir« was recorded at Dangerous Palace with the Evil Fidelity Mobile Studio Lab by Martin Ludi in Paraná, Entre Ríos. Mixed by Martin Ludi. Mastered by Luca Frizza at Gran Rosa Studio.

The Curse Of Sahara is:
Lucio Rodriguez – Drums
Martin Ludi – Guitars, Vocals
Gabriel Ravera – Bass, Vocals
