Sha Fu is an instrumental progressive metal band from Cordoba, Argentina, with hints of sludge, doom and heavy trip!

Sha-Fu’s second album is a conceptual exploration of the realm of dreams and the subconscious. Simply titled »II«, the album features five epic instrumental tracks named after powerful gods from Greek mythology: Nyx, Hypnos, Morpheus, Phantasos, and Phobetor. Through complex arrangements, intricate melodies, and dynamic rhythms, the power trio delivers a sonic journey that will take you on a wild ride through the depths of the mind. The band has pushed their boundaries of musical composition, execution, and sound on this record. ‘II’ is the second part of a trilogy, leading up to the final chapter to be released on 2024.
