Astral Construct is set to release a new album in November. »The Exoplanetary Diversions« quickly approach to give listeners another push into the cosmos. The album will be released through Echodelick Records and marks the third full-length by project creator, Drew Patricks. It will also include a reimagining of Nirvana’s »Heart Shaped Box«.

Once again, Astral Construct chronicles the cosmic voyages of the Traveler and the distance one can journey through emotion and imagination. Solitude, desolation, awe, and hope fill this continued odyssey through space, providing the escape from worldly concerns and self-doubt.

Astral Construct continues to produce a collection of movements centered around the idea that music transports us where we need to go. This is accomplished through a combination of space and psych rock that leans into heavy, dark riffs all wrapped in a progressive approach.

This is music that recalls the golden age of albums when listeners dove into the entire recording rather than listening to pieces buried in carefully curated streaming playlists.

»The Exoplanetary Diversions« was recorded in Orbiter One Studios, in Colorado Springs and produced by Kent Stump (Wo Fat) at Crystal Clear Sound Studios, in Dallas. Artwork is provided by Reza Afshar, whose work also adorns the second album, Traveling a Higher Consciousness. Special thanks to Jeffrey Ferguson at Echodelick Records and to Atharwa Deshingkar for album design.

»The Exoplanetary Diversions« will be available on vinyl, CD, and digital formats.
