Adnate is a three-piece, atmospheric post-metal band from South East-Queensland, Australia. Their style mixes elements of sludge and black metal, with flourishes of post-rock that help to create a sound that is designed to take the listener on a journey, one that can be described as a flickering sense of hope and spirituality being slowly consumed by a destructive wall of chaos.

An externalisation of the journeys through the unconscious mind, »Feros« was summoned in states of reverie and released through the hands and mouths of Adnate. A reflection of this process is present in the music, the looming precipice of anticipation, the rise to glory and the destructive force that breaks the listener and demands introspection.

A narrative through an unknown world, unbound by restrictions. A free form flowing between genres of post-rock, doom metal, sludge and atmospheric music.
