Melbourne, Australia based blackened doom/sludge metal band Ghostsmoker has revealed the first single and opening track »Astral Realm« taken from their upcoming debut EP, »Grief«, which will see the light on June 14th, 2022.

Blackened doom/sludge band from Melbourne, Australia. Ghostsmoker’s brand of crushing blackened-doom works on a simple ethos: worship the riff, hail yourself, and submit to the dread.

The EP explores lyrical themes of untimely loss and trauma, anchored musically in a deliberately primitive and sludge driven approach.
