A cinematic instrumental rock band from Melbourne, Australia, Treebeard’s music involves lengthy, dynamic and epic songs with a sonic spectrum ranging the peaceful and emotive, to the destructive and furious.

The band’s debut album »Nostalgia« released in June, 2021 and went on to garner much critical and fan appraisal, recognised for its fresh and dynamic approach to the post rock and post metal genres, as well as its potent sense of atmosphere and narrative. The album was described by WherePostRockDwells as “an absolute treasure trove of crunchy guitars, emotive soundscapes and a perfect balance between light, dark, heavy, light elements and everything that comes between”.

Treebeard are currently in the process of recording their follow-up album titled »Snowman«, another epic concept album but with a much heavier and emotionally cathartic approach. With this, the band aims to continue establishing their name as a leading force in the next generation of prog and post rock music.
