Newcastle, Australia based psychedelic swamp rock trio The Howlin’ Rats has released a music video for »Boogeyman« off their upcoming album, »Should Have Smelt A Rat«, due out on July 14th, 2023 via Hiss & Crackle Records.

The Howlin’ Rats is a musical trio from Newcastle, NSW, Australia.

Formed after no one else showed up to an open mic night at Hiss & Crackle Records on Halloween 2019.

Working hard to build on their original sound the band enjoy remaining hard to categorize, continuing to develop their unique style with mostly instrumental pieces containing drums, baritone guitar, slide guitar, bass and harmonica.
