Vienna, Austria based psych/stoner rock band Samsara Joyride is gearing up to release their sophomore album »The Subtle & The Dense« on February 23rd, 2024 via Tonzonen Records. Listen to the first two tracks »I Won’t Sign Pt.1 & 2« below!

Says the band: “On February 23rd our second album will be released via Tonzonen Records. It’s called »The Subtle & The Dense«. The sound is a smooth blend of psych/stoner with some blues rock and a good porion of proggyness.”

The production is based on a live recording, played in over the course of a weekend, using a combination of restored vintage tube mixers and compressors as well as contemporary digital recording technology.

Four additional recording sessions followed in which the tracks were rounded off by overdubbing additional instrument tracks and finally two more studio days in which the team, consisting of producer Hannes Mottl, the band and the background singer Laura Fichtenkamm recorded the vocals.
