Emerging from the heavy underground scene of the Basque Country, stoner-doom heavyweights Green Sun Cult have officially released their highly anticipated debut album, »Euskaldoom«.

The band returns with a crushing sonic evolution, fusing dense, down-tuned fuzz with hypnotic, rhythmic progressions and a distinct regional darkness. Following up on their raw underground reputation, »Euskaldoom« marks a definitive chapter for Green Sun Cult as they solidify their position among the premier stoner-doom acts in the Iberian Peninsula.

Recorded by Chiko Chikito, mixed and mastered by Gorko Producer, and wrapped in staggering visual aesthetics by the renowned Branca Studio, »Euskaldoom« is engineered to be a massive wall of sound. The album’s leading tracks, including the towering opener »Azpijokoa«, drag listeners into an immersive, monolithic atmosphere where heavy Sabbath-esque riffs collide with modern desert-rock grit.

To support the release, Green Sun Cult will hit the road for a series of high-energy live rituals. Fans can catch them performing live across Spain, including a highly anticipated joint show with heavy rockers Wet Cactus on October 31 at Grove Estudios in Portugalete.
