Bear Stone Festival: Italian psychedelic heavy rockers Mr. Bison announced as a replacement for Woodstock Barbie!
Italian psychedelic heavy rockers Mr. Bison are added to this year’s Bear Stone Festival lineup as a replacement for Woodstock Barbie who had to cancel their performance.
The festival will take place on July 7 & 8, 2023 in Donje Primišlje (Slunj), Croatia.
Bear Stone Festival comments: “Due to unforeseen circumstances, Woodstock Barbie had to cancel their performance at this year’s Bear Stone Festival. As their replacement, we’re thrilled to welcome Mr. Bison, an extraordinary power trio coming from a small coastal town in Tuscany.
Their music seamlessly blends heavy psychedelic sounds with progressive elements and captivating soundscapes. With a discography spanning four albums, they have fearlessly evolved their style from stoner/psych sounds to heavy psychedelic prog sounds. Their breakthrough came in 2018 with the critically acclaimed »Holy Oak« and their latest concept album, »Seaward«, which propelled them to tour extensively across Europe and the United States.
While their latest LP was released amidst the pandemic at the end of 2020 via Ripple Music (USA) and Subsound (IT), Mr. Bison has not slowed down in their live promotion efforts, reserving the release of their fifth album for 2023.
