Leuven, Belgium based atmospheric sludge/black metal band Zwartalder has just released their new EP »Doven« on May 29th, 2026. »Doven« is the second half of their debut double EP »Bovenhuids Doven«.

Zwartalder is a 4-piece atmospheric sludge/black metal band from Leuven, Belgium, founded in 2022.

Zwartalder blends the melancholy of black metal, sludge riffs and contemplative clean sections to bring music where words often fail.

Says the band: “»Doven«, the second half of our double EP, is out now on all streaming platforms! It completes our debut release and contains some of the first material we recorded last year.
