Belgian doom/sludge metal trio Hispÿn releases a brand new single »Empress Falling« feat. Déhà (Wolvennest, The Nest, Saturnian Tempel)!

Charleroi, Belgium based doom/sludge metal trio Hispÿn has released a brand new single »Empress Falling« feat. Déhà (Wolvennest, The Nest, Saturnian Tempel).

Says the band: “New live single to support International Children’s Rights Day! This song is unfortunately based on a true story of a woman who keeps getting pregnant in order to sell her babies on the black market. The single is at “pay what you want” price, thank you for your support.”

There’s a saying that goes ‘write what you know’, and for none this is more true than Charleroi-based Hispÿn. Every one of the violent stories of maltreatment in the grim doom-sludge songs were pulled from singer real-life encounters on the job as a social worker. Once your neighbor’s door is closed, You never know what’s really going on behind.

Music & lyrics by Hispÿn.
Recorded and mastered by Déhá at Blackout Studio.
Artwork by Mélissa Castiaux.

Hispÿn is:
Estéban Lebron-Ruiz – Vocals, Bass
Gilles Axensalva – Guitars
German Leksikov – Drums
