Liège, Belgium based experimental sludge/noise rockers Ultraphallus celebrate 20th anniversary with a brand new album, »No Closure«, which just dropped on April 21st, 2023 via Head Records / JauneOrange Records.

Ultraphallus was formed in Liège in 2003, Phil Maggi (vocals), Xavier Dubois (guitar), Julien Bockiau (drums) and Ivan Del Castillo (bass) now form the band. The production of five albums allowed them to play alongside Amenra, Nebula, Kylesa, Suma, Acid King or Black Cobra. Their last album was released in 2016 on Sub Rosa but it is now with the Belgian label JauneOrange (Cocaine Piss, La Jungle) and Head Records (Verdun, Morse, Nwar, Drive Bind, Pneu) that the band continues the adventure.

In 2023 the band will celebrate its 20th anniversary as well as their label Head Records. The new album No Closure is tinged with dark lights and glittering darkness, delivered by a quartet always on the lookout for new sounds that is content to do what they do best: Nervous, chaotic and sensitive heavy-rock.
