Black Reuss share new music video for »Soul Awakening« feat. Anna Murphy (Cellar Darling, ex-Eluveitie)!

Liechtenstein’s melodic gothic/doom metal one-man band Black Reuss has released new music video for »Soul Awakening« featuring Anna Murphy (Cellar Darling, ex-Eluveitie).

Black Reuss is the river of life of a man who describes the changes and chapters he has experienced through music. Life is like a river, always in motion, mostly downhill. The name comes from the Reuss, a Swiss river that rises in the Gotthard massif in the middle of Switzerland, where Black Reuss lived during the writing of »Metamorphosis«.

Stylistically, Black Reuss is at home in doomy, gothic heavy metal with a touch of melancholy and a certain heaviness, the heaviness that has accompanied Black Reuss in some chapters of his life. And as in the river that carries more and more water, the experiences and knowledge that Black Reuss gathers on his way become more and more, until one day the light goes out and disappears in the eternal sea.

Black Reuss will take the audience on this journey on the raven waters of the river of life in 4 chapters, »Metamorphosis«, »Journey«, »Arrival« and »Death«.

On 1st of December 2023, released the album »Arrival«. In this album is included the single »Soul Awakening« feat. Anna Murphy (from the band Cellar Darling).
