Savannah, Georgia based sludge metal outfit Black Tusk announce a compilation of B-sides and rarities, entitled »Years In Black«, available this Friday exclusively through Bandcamp.
Artwork is done again by illustrator Brian Mercer, known for his collaboration with bands such as Lamb Of God, High On Fire, Testament, Destroyer Of Light, Inter Arma, Lord Dying and more.
Says the band: “Figured this time would be a good time to make a compilation of B-sides and rarities from over the years. 14 songs available exclusively through Bandcamp this Friday Nov 6, 2020.”
Black Tusk was born from sweat. There was blood, and maybe a few tears, too, but more than anything, it was sweat that marked the earliest years of Savannah, Georgia’s Black Tusk. Formed in 2005 by three lifelong friends—bassist Jonathan Athon, guitarist Andrew Fidler, and drummer James May—the band welded together what they called “swamp metal”.
Black Tusk is:
Andrew Fidler – Guitar, Vocals
James May – Drums, Vocals
Corey Barhorst – Bass, Vocals
Chris Adams – Guitar
