Madison, Wisconsin based doom/sludge legends Bongzilla have just unleashed an incredible deluxe edition of their highly acclaimed latest album, »Weedsconsin«, out on November 12th, 2021 via Heavy Psych Sounds.

The new version comes with new cover, new tracklist including the original album tracks, the »Doom Sessions Vol. 4« songs and previously unreleased track »Weedsconsin«.

Bongzilla album »Weedsconsin« in a brand new double gatefold vinyl Deluxe Edition!!

The new version comes in a double vinyl gatefold sleeve with new cover, new tracklist including the original album tracks + the »Doom Sessions Vol. 4« songs + 1 previously unreleased track called »Weedsconsin«.

The album will be printed in new coloured vinyl versions, digipak and cassettes.

In the unique piece that is »Weedsconsin«, Bongzilla delivers heavy doses of Crushing Stoner Doom and Psychedelic Space Rock that sets it apart from earlier material. (That’s why HPS Records is the perfect label to release this stuff).

This record travels down a path of heavy riffs, mind-expanding jams, sonic tones, and stomping beats in the band’s first release as a thunderous three piece, with Muleboy moving from guitar to bass. Approaching these songs as a three piece has created more space musically and allowed the band to showcase their musicianship in a different way. It results in a sound that is very heavy, along the lines of »Gateway« tone-wise, but sonically more clear.

Also, Heavy Psych Sounds in collaboration with Subsound Records is releasing for the very first time in black, limited and ultra limited coloured cassettes the following Bongzilla albums: »Amerijuanican«, »Stash«, »Apogee«, »Methods For Attaining Extreme Altitudes« and »Gateway«!!!
